Pack Your Items
Ensure the products are unused, in their original packaging, and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship to Hario UK
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our designated returns center in the United Kingdom.
Receive Refund or Exchange
